There is no upfront cost! Instead, we take a small percentage of the funds raised to cover our administrative costs associated with running the fundraiser. This approach ensures that more of the funds raised go directly toward your organization’s goals without any initial financial commitment from you.

Our fundraising events typically last for three weeks and include three key meetings: Orientation Meeting: In this session, we introduce group members to our platform, ScoreBoard FR, and provide guidance on how to use it effectively. Kickoff Event: We launch the fundraiser with an engaging event designed to inspire participation and build momentum towards achieving fundraising goals. Progress and Wrap-Up Meeting: We review progress, celebrate milestones, and prepare for finalizing the fundraiser. This structure ensures that participants feel supported, motivated, and excited throughout the entire fundraising period.

To streamline the process and reduce administrative tasks, we encourage donations through our secure, automatically generated giving links on ScoreBoard FR. This digital approach increases security and allows funds to flow directly into the designated account. Once the fundraiser concludes, the total amount is distributed to the team or organization, ensuring an efficient and safe process.

Our program works best for groups with a high level of commitment from both the group leader and participants. Groups where members are not fully engaged may not see the same level of success. Enthusiasm and collective effort are key to maximizing fundraising results, and we’re here to support those who are all-in on making a positive impact.

No, there is no minimum number of participants required. However, for smaller groups of 10 or fewer, we recommend collaborating with other groups to increase engagement and motivation. We’ve seen that when individuals within the group show strong commitment, it encourages others to participate more actively, resulting in a more successful fundraiser overall.
